สมาคมฯ จัดคณะผู้แทนนำหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและข้าราชการศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียว ประเทศจีน เดินทางทัศนศึกษาปักกิ่ง-ซานตง

        นายไวยวิชญ์ มานะมนตรีกุล หัวหน้าสำนักเลขาธิการ สมาคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจไทย-จีน เปิดเผยว่าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการสมาคมฯ ตกลงหลักการจัดคณะผู้แทนนำคณะหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและข้าราชการศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียว ประเทศจีน รวม 30 คน เดินทางไปทัศนศึกษาตามโครงการทัศนศึกษาครั้งที่ 4 ที่กรุงปักกิ่งและซานตง ระหว่างวันที่ 10-20 พฤศจิกายน 2558 โดยฝ่ายจีนเป็นผู้ออกค่าใช้จ่ายให้ทั้งหมด

       นายไวยวิชญ์ มานะมนตรีกุล กล่าวว่าโครงการทัศนศึกษาครั้งที่ 4 นี้ ทางฝ่ายจีนได้เชิญฝ่ายไทยจำนวน 30 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนสมาคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจไทย-จีน 8 คน, ตัวแทนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่ข้าราชการในสังกัดได้รับทุนการศึกษาจำนวน 7 คน และตัวแทนข้าราชการศิษย์เก่าทุกรุ่น จำนวน 15 คน และในกรณีที่หัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่จะเดินทางมีความประสงค์จะพบปะหารือกับหัวหน้าส่วนราชการจีน ทางสมาคมฯ ก็จะประสานงานให้ได้พบปะหารือระหว่างกัน ดังเช่นที่ปฏิบัติตลอดมา จึงขอให้คณะกรรมการศิษย์เก่าของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียว ประเทศจีน ทุกรุ่นแจ้งความจำนงมายังสำนักเลขาธิการ ภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2558 ในขณะเดียวกัน สมาคมฯ ได้มีหนังสือไปยังหัวหน้าส่วนราชการทุกหน่วยขอเชิญร่วมเดินทางและขอให้แจ้งยืนยันภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2558 เช่นเดียวกัน.
