นายไวยวิชญ์ มานะมนตรีกุล หัวหน้าสำนักเลขาธิการ สมาคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจไทย-จีน เปิดเผยว่าได้รับการประสานงานจากสถานทูตจีนว่า ฯพณฯ Wu Zhi Wu อุปทูตรักษาการเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทย จะจัดงานเลี้ยงส่งข้าราชการทุนการศึกษารุ่นที่ 11 ของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียว ประเทศจีน จำนวน 106 คน พร้อมด้วยตัวแทนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่ข้าราชการในสังกัดได้รับทุน และผู้แทนสมาคมฯ ในวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2558 เวลา 18.00 น. ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตจีน
นายไวยวิชญ์ มานะมนตรีกุล กล่าวอีกว่ากำหนดการสำหรับข้าราชการทุนรุ่นที่ 11 ในวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2558 มี 3 วาระงานสำคัญคือ
1. เวลา 10.00 น. คณะกรรมการบริหารการศึกษาสัมพันธ์ไทย-จีน ของสมาคมฯ นำคณะข้าราชการทุนรุ่นที่ 11 เข้าเยี่ยมอำลาและรับโอวาทจากพลเอกประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม ผู้ได้รับมอบหมายจากพลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล
2. เวลา 12.00 น. สมาคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจไทย-จีน จัดงานเลี้ยงส่งคณะข้าราชการทุนรุ่นที่ 11 และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่อาคารเอนกประสงค์ หอประชุมกรมราชองครักษ์ สี่แยกเกียกกาย
